I now disagree with Articles 13 and 11.

Article 13 Online Law Cases

There would be an inter-website resolution of disputes before possible escalation to an appeal in an online law case.

- Online, with automated software (possibly no judge or jury, or the most appropriate form of these conditions agreed to by the parties)
- No legal fees

- People can study MOOCs to research the most successful approach to the online law cases and write outsourced third-party algorithms for these to standards

There may be copyright checkers at the organisation level (e.g. servers no domains), but the copyright responsibility remains with work producers.
